Carlow County Council has received a planning permission application for an assisted living premises located at Shroughawn in Tullow, County Carlow.

The planning permission application was placed on behalf of The Brigidine Community.

They are seeking provision for an assisted and independent living accommodation, the development will comprise of the construction of 2 blocks of 3 single storey units with splayed, connection to local watermains, public sewer and all associated site development works.

The planning permission consists of the demolition of existing disused buildings at the aforementioned street in Tullow.

The decision is set to be made by the council on the 21st of May 2024.
