Voters in Carlow to get a free coffee for voting in the local elections 2024!

Voters in Borris, County Carlow can avail of a free coffee on their way to the polls for local and European Elections this coming June 7th.

Oatly, the world’s original and largest oat drink company, is partnering with an independent coffee shop in Borris to give away free coffees.

The free coffees will be available in Plúr Bakery at Joyce’s Pub to those on their way to or from voting while stocks last.

The promotion comes as Oatly calls on business leaders in Europe to take action for higher voter turnout in this year’s EU election, which comes at a crucial moment for climate and society.

Depending on the outcome, Ireland and countries across the EU will be left with policies that either help the environment, or silently sign the eviction notice for our children and grandchildren from our planet.
