Conditional planning permission has been provided by the Carlow County Council for the building of 4 new homes in Station Road, Tullow, County Carlow.

The planning permission application submitted to the Carlow County Council was submitted by Sayvale 17 Limited.

The development consists of a total of 4 units including:

Number 2, 1- bedroom apartments and number 2, studios. 

The creation of a boundary wall with pedestrian private entrance off Station Road.

All other necessary site services and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development at Station Road, Tullow.

The planning permission was received by the Carlow County Council on the 30th of June 2023 and the decision was provided on the 25th of June 2024.
