The road works will take place from Thursday the 19th of August till Wednesday the 4th of September

ALERT: Busy Carlow Town road to have road works for almost a week

The road works will take place from Thursday the 19th of August till Wednesday the 4th of September

Road works will be in place to facilitate road resurfacing works with traffic measures in place from the Brown's Hill Road from O'Brien Road to the Paddocks.

From the Cllr Fintan Phelan:

"Resurfacing of Brown’s Hill Road
Following persistent representations I have been making to the Council the Brown’s Hill Road from O’Brien Rd to the Paddocks will be resurfaced. The remainder of the road will be included in next years resurfacing programme.
Works will commence tomorrow, Thursday 29th August and continue until Wednesday 4th Sep. Traffic management will be in place between the Hours of: 7:00am – 6:00pm. Thanks to all the residents who have been in touch with me on this much needed work. "
