From the Baht Restaurant on their Face page:
"Welcome to Baht, Carlow’s new Thai-owned restaurant, where seasoned chefs and fresh talent bring you authentic Thai flavors. Enjoy our dishes infused with traditional medicinal herbs, crafted with passion and care.
The Thai Baht coins are more than just currency; they embody Thailand's rich cultural heritage and artistic excellence. Each coin, from the 1 baht to the 10 baht, features intricate designs of iconic landmarks like the Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Arun temples.
At Baht, we take inspiration from these detailed engravings, mirroring the attention to detail and cultural reverence in our dishes. Just as the coins hold value and narrate stories of Thai heritage, Baht celebrates authentic Thai flavours and traditions."
