Carlow TD Jennifer Murnane O'Connor has announced that due to water main repair works, water serving a number of local Carlow areas will be affected on Monday the 14th of October from 10am to 5pm.

"Good afternoon.
Due to watermain upgrade works, the water serving Dargan Lawns, Burrin Road, Carlow & surrounding areas will be affected Monday 14th October 2024 from 10am to 5pm.
As usual Uisce Eireann apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused.
For all mains water and sewage enquiries, please contact the Uisce Eireann customer care phone line on 1800 278 278 (open 24 hours 7 days a week)."
