Carlow Council make compulsory acquisition order for a vacant property in County Carlow , with an Eircode of R93 A589.

The vesting order was made by the Carlow County Council on the 4th September 2024.

Consultation for the property remains open till the 9th of September 2025.

From the vesting order made by the Carlow Council:

"ALL THAT AND THOSE the site and premises situate at and known as property at Tinryland (Tinriland), Co. Carlow, R93A589 situate in the townland of Tinriland, in the barony of Carlow being All of the Property comprised in Folio CW7561F of the Register of Freehold Land in County Carlow.

The official seal of Carlow County Council was affixed to the Vesting Order on 4th September 2024.

Any person who, immediately before the making of the above Order, had any estate or interest in or right in respect of the land acquired may apply to Carlow County Council not later than twelve months after the making of the said Order for compensation in respect of the estate, interest or right."
