Carlow County Council are set to make a decision on a planning application which seeks to build 72 new homes in Carlow Town.
The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 17th of May 2024.
The decision is set to be made by the Council on the 17th of January 2025.

Nesselside Builders UC's original application sought permission to develop a residential scheme consisting of 72 homes at a site on the Hacketstown Road, in the Townland of Kearnstown.
The proposed development consisted of ten 3 bedroom two-storey, semi-detached homes, four 3-bed two-storey terraced homes, 4 2-bed two-storey terraced houses, 27 one-bed duplexes, and 27 2-bed duplexes. Also included in the proposal is 107 car parking spaces with 18 visitor cycle parking spaces and ancillary works.
