Former clothes shop in County Carlow applies for transformation to an apartment

Former Carlow clothes shop, Kenny's Menswear in Tullow, is subject to a planning application that has been submitted to Carlow County Council for new planning works that could see the former shop transform into an apartment.

The planning application was submitted to the Carlow County Council on the 11th of February 2025 and the location of the proposal is at Bridge Street, Tullow, County Carlow.

The planning decision is set to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 7th of April 2025.

The works that are included in the planning application include:

The change of use of existing commercial unit formarly known as Kenny's Menswear into 1 no. two bedroom apartment unit and all associated site works
