A man has died following a farm accident in Ferrybank, Waterford.
Gardaí were called to the scene of the farm accident on Tuesday morning (April 16), where a man in his 70s suffered fatal injuries.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, before his body was removed to University Hospital Waterford for post mortem examination.
The Health and Safety Authority is set to conduct an investigation into the accident.
