Electric Picnic ticket holders have expressed anger online as information on the line-up for the 2024 festival has still not been released.
In previous years, music fans typically received some information on the booked acts by March, with many fans frustrated at the radio silence so far this year.
Ticket holders took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice their frustration, with some speculating on whether or not the highly anticipated festival has been cancelled.,
One X user stated, "What’s happening with Electric Picnic this year. Why no lineup yet? Is it being cancelled?"
Another commented, "Can they announce the Electric Picnic line up please, I need to know whether or not to buy an overpriced resale ticket."
Another X user commented, "It’s been 223 days since Electric Picnic sold out (which was before the 2023 EP even took place) and since I bought my ticket, the payment plans are all fully paid and yet not a single act has been announced."
A further comment reads: "Is it not a bit wild that Electric Picnic is happening in four months and they haven’t released ANY lineup?"
Headliners at last year's festival - which took place from September 1 to September 3 in Stradbally, Co Laois - included Billie Eilish, Niall Horan and Paolo Nutini.
This year's festival takes place from August 16 to August 18.
A number of fans are currently selling 2024 weekend camping tickets on the social media platform, a trend which may be set to continue as information on the line-up remains a secret.
Electric Picnic organisers have been contacted for comment.
