Judith is known for many films and TV shows including 'The Young and the Restless', 'The Sweetest Thing', and '28 Days' just to name a few.

Talking about her time in Carlow Judith had this to say: "Yesterday we had the most wonderful day, going to the Altamont Gardens and Kilkea Castle and staying here at the beautiful Seven Oaks Hotel"

"It has been very welcoming and beautiful and the people that I met so far, it is typical of all of Ireland and I'm very happy here. I'm hoping to go to your George Bernard Shaw Theatre sometime, maybe stop by before I leave. I'm enjoying Carlow so much! I'm staying an extra day to enjoy Carlow Castle and all the local landmarks!"

Talking about the Irish weather: "The past few days have been gorgeous, now it has gone back to gloom, but I live in Palm Springs, California where it is very hot and very dry, it is very sunny so this is a nice a break."
