Carlow Businesses are set to recieve over €2,000,000 of Increased Cost of Business Scheme

Local Fianna Fáil TD Jennifer Murnane O’Connor has welcomed the 100 percent approval and uptake of the Increased Cost of Business Scheme in Carlow.
The valuation of payments to businesses in Carlow is €2,009,419.
Jennifer said supports are vital for all businesses in Carlow, and with the 100 percent uptake and approvals, it will provide a lot of supports for businesses who need it most.
“Small businesses are the backbone of all local communities throughout the country and that is no different in Carlow. I am delighted to see the allocation of these funds to small and medium sized businesses, and the approval and uptakes ratings being the highest in the country.”
“These measures will help so many SMEs in Carlow, and I’d like to congratulate all who were allocated funding. I will continue to advocate on behalf of small businesses and traders in Carlow and nationwide, as this is a critical sector for our economy.”
