Carlow County Council have provided conditional planning permission for an assisted living premises located at Shroughawn in Tullow, County Carlow.
The planning permission application was placed on behalf of The Brigidine Community.
The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council 27th of March 2024.

The planning application submitted to the Carlow County Council reads as follows:
They are seeking provision for an assisted and independent living accommodation, the development will comprise of the construction of 2 blocks of 3 single storey units with splayed, connection to local watermains, public sewer and all associated site development works.
The planning permission consists of the demolition of existing disused buildings at the aforementioned street in Tullow.
The decision was made by the Carlow County Council on the 21st of November 2024.
The decision for approval comes with a number of conditions that must be followed in order to keep the approval of the Council.
The decision made comes with 28 conditions.
