Carlow Gardaí detect vehicle speeding with driver uninsured and tax expired since 2017

Carlow Roads Policing Unit detected a vehicle doing 73km/h in a 50km/hr zone on Thursday.

The driver was also uninsured and the tax had expired since 2017.

The vehicle was seized as a result with court to follow.
