Carlow based jockey Rachael Blackmore has four rides today on Cheltenham day one. Blackmore in the recent years has been known as the 'Queen of Cheltenham' due to her very good in recent years at the festival. She is ready for a very competitive week as Rachael rides a couple of contenders each day of the festival.

Listed below are the times and horses Racheal will be riding today.

1.30 - Slade Steel

She rides Slade Steel at 1.30 at the Sky Bet Supreme Novices' Hurdle.

Slade Steel trained by Henry de Bromhead, Waterford. Slade Steel on form looking like a very good horse and a good price for day one of the Festival.

2.10 - Quilixios

Quilixios in the Arkle at 2.10, who she rode and won with in Naas at the start of the year. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

2.50 - Eklat De Rire

She's on Eklat De Rire at 2.50 - an experienced horse with a lot of races under his belt, struggled to show form over the last few years but came second in Fairyhouse this year.

4.10 Telmesomethinggirl

Very competitive horse this one, as she rides Telmesomethinggirl at the 4.50, running well last time out in Naas, could be a real contender in this race.
