Carlow athlete Sophie Denieffe came home with a huge honour at the Basketball Ireland end of season awards.
The awards took place in Dun Laoghaire on Saturday the 18th of May.
Sophie, who plays for South East Swifts, had the huge honour of winning the Female Wheelchair Basketball Player of the Year.
In addition to this award she had already won the Overall Female Player of the Year for her club earlier in the year.
What an incredible year of performance and achievement by Sophie!
