Carlow/Kilkenny Gardaí detect driver carrying passengers in rear of two seater van

This commercial vehicle (pictured above) was stopped by the Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit recently carrying passengers in the rear of the two seater van.

Gardaí said: "Not only is this illegal, it was completely dangerous and irresponsible.

"Fixed charge notice to issue."
