Carlow man whose 'chats & laughs' will be missed following his passing

John O' Dwyer - Thursday 7th November 2024

Tributes have been paid following the passing of John O' Dwyer of Kilree Cottages, Bagenalstown, Carlow.

John passed away peacefully in the District Hospital Carlow on November the 7th 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Elizabeth, brother David and nephew Michael, John will be sadly missed by his sister Catherine (kitty) brother in-law Richard (Dickie), nephews Tom, Ken and David, nieces Gillian and Sharon and extended family and his many friends .

Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"My deepest sympathies to Kitty, Ken & all John's family at this very sad time. John I will miss all the laughs & chats we had over the years. You were a gentleman & it was an honour to have known you. I hope you have the softest bed in heaven. Rest in peace"

Another reads:

"My sincere condolences to Kitty, Dickie and all the family on the sad passing of Johnny. Thinking of you all at this sad time. May Johnny rest in peace."
