Tributes paid to a 'really lovely lady' following Carlow woman's passing

Marie Kavanagh - Church Road, Myshall, Carlow - Tuesday 28th January 2025

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Marie Kavanagh of Church Road, Myshall Carlow.

Marie peacefully on January 28th 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Johnny, brothers Jack, Pat, Joe, Tommy, Mick & Jim.

Deeply regretted by her sister Collette, brothers Peter, Des and Bill, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her large circle of friends.

Tributes have been paid in the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Very sad to hear of Marie’s passing. A really lovely lady, have very fond memories of time spent with Marie. Condolences to all the family at this very sad time."

Another reads:

"Deepest sympathy to Collette Bill Peter and Des and extended Kavanagh families may you reast in peace Marie and the rest of your family gone before you thinking of them all Theresa Doyle nee Keogh and Michael Doyle Oldyard Borris"

Funeral arrangements

Reposing in Kearney's Funeral Home, Fenagh on Friday from 4pm until 8pm.

Removal from her home on Saturday morning to arrive at the Church of The Holy Cross, Myshall for 11am Requiem Mass,

followed by burial in Lismaconly Cemetery, Myshall.
