UPMC, a leading healthcare provider with four hospitals and three sports medicine clinics across Ireland, is proud to announce a new partnership with Carlow LGFA and Carlow GAA. The partnership will see the UPMC logo prominently displayed on the sleeves of the jerseys of both the men and women's teams. UPMC Sports Medicine will also offer both organisations fast track access to any of their hospitals and clinics for diagnostics, imaging and consultant services.

Speaking about the partnership, John Windle, General Manager, UPMC Sports Medicine, said: "We are delighted to further partner with Carlow LGFA and Carlow GAA. This aligns with our values of promoting health and wellness across the community, and we believe it will be a positive force for Carlow teams. We look forward to supporting both teams and helping to promote the great work they do."

Jim Bolger, Chairperson of Carlow GAA, added: "I am delighted to further strengthen our relationship with UPMC through this sleeve sponsorship and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the vital areas of injury diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation. The speed of diagnosis that UPMC can offer is a real game changer – this will prove hugely beneficial to the welfare of our players which is most important.“

Colin Doyle, Chairman of Carlow LGFA, said: "We are delighted to partner with UPMC Ireland, a company that shares our passion for promoting health and wellness. The jerseys were launched at an event attended by Fintan Phelan, Mayor of Carlow, at the UPMC Outreach Centre in Carlow.
