GAA Guide: Here's all the Championship matches live on TV or stream this weekend

It's set to be a busy weekend on the GAA front with football action in Munster, Ulster and Connacht, while the Munster and Leinster hurling championships kick into life.

The pairings for the Connacht and Munster finals in this year’s GAA Football All-Ireland championship will be decided this weekend with the four semi-finals spread across Saturday and Sunday. It is also a big weekend in Ulster which stages a quarter-final on Saturday and Sunday.

On the hurling front, the race for the Liam MacCarthy Cup gets underway this weekend when Leinster and Munster stage the first series of ‘round robin’ games.

It promises to be quite a campaign across both provinces, with six teams to qualify for the All-Ireland stages. One of the main points of interest centres on Limerick and their attempt to become the first county to win the All-Ireland hurling five-in-a-row. They are also bidding to win the Munster title for a sixth successive year.

They face the toughest possible start, heading for Ennis to take on Clare, who have made a great start to the season. They won six and drew one of their seven Allianz League games, taking the title for the first time since 2016 with a win over Kilkenny in a thrilling final.
