The 12th count has been completed here in Kilkenny for the Carlow/Kilkenny Constituency for the General Election 2024.

John McGuiness' surplus of 422 is to redistributed amongst the remaining candidates.

Just 5 votes separate both Sinn Féin candidates Áine Gladney Knox just behind running mate Natasha Newsome Drennan, with 6 candidates left and 4 seats to fill.
