Hanover Park in Carlow Town a 'no-go' area for many years and now opened back up

There is greater visibility of the park from the public road
A councillor has praised the work of Cairde an Naduir and the local authority after Hanover Park in Carlow Town was "cleaned out greatly".
Cllr Andrea Dalton said the park was a "no-go area" for many years and has now been opened back up through the clearing away of trees and shrubs.
