Weather today (January 4) is expected to be breezy with bright spells and scattered showers.
That's according to Met Éireann, which also forecasts maximum temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in fresh and gusty southwest winds.
Tonight will be mostly dry early on and chilly for a time with lowest temperatures of 4 to 6 degrees, turning milder later as rain and drizzle spreads gradually from the southwest.
Breezy today with bright spells and scattered showers, some heavy in the west and north. Maximum temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in fresh and gusty southwest winds.
