Today (January 26) will be overall dry with good spells of winter sunshine and isolated light showers.
That's according to Met Éireann, which also forecasts highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees in light north to northwest breezes.
Tonight is expected to be cold and dry with widespread frost developing and some patches of mist or fog.
Lowest temperatures will be between -3 to +2 degrees, coldest inland.
