A largely dry morning is expected today (February 15) with sunny spells and isolated showers.

That's according to Met Éireann, which also forecasts a spell of rain edging into Atlantic counties and extending nationwide later this evening.

Highest temperatures will be between 9 to 11 degrees in moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.

Lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees, coolest in the northwest.
