A number of sub-contractors have been appointed on the construction of a new building at SETU Carlow campus

A number of sub-contractors have been appointed on the construction of a new building at SETU Carlow campus

A new Corporate Support Services Building is currently under construction at SETU Carlow campus, Kilkenny Road, County Carlow.

The site has a 4,757m2 gross internal floor area.

The main contractor for the project is Limerick's Conack Construction Limited.

While Carlow run business Seamus Byrne Electrical Limited has been appointed the electrical contractor and the sprinkler contractor for the project. 

Seamus Byrne Electrical Limited recently celebrated 40 years in business.

Various sub-contractors have also been named.

Including, Kilkenny's Blanchfield Heating as heat and ventilation subcontractor, and Donegal's Mantis Cranes Ireland Limited as plumbing subcontractor.

The building estimated value is €14m.
