'A new roof for the house and a new shiny car' on the cards for scratch card winner
A Carlow woman from Tullow collected a cheque for €250,000 from the National Lottery which she won on a scratch card this week.
The local, who wishes to remain private, purchased her winning scratch card in Nolan’s Mace in Tullow.
When asked how she will spend her winnings, the Carlow woman said she would invest in "a new roof for the house and a new shiny car".
