'From steel capped boots to bell of the ball' Carlow's Leia is up for Ireland's Best Dressed Deb

Leia Rose Byrne is a student at Presentation College Carlow and is currently leading in the votes for Ireland's Best Dressed Debutante 2023.

While attending the CBS Carlow Debs, Leia won best dressed on the night for Debs Ireland.

However it is not her usual attire as she currently works as a carpenter and hopes to attend SETU this September.

Leia's dream is to work in Hollywood as a set designer.

Debbie Gibney, Leia's mam, told Carlow Live "to see her go from her steel capped boots and hard hat to bell of the ball is such a transformation."
