Gardaí are appealing to public as young woman is assaulted in broad daylight in Kilkenny
Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information on the assault of a young woman in County Kilkenny.
The incident occurred on Friday 18th August, in the morning at 11.10am.
The young female reported that she was walking at Francis McManus Square when she was set upon by two other older females.
She received a punch to the face from one of the females.
Fortunately, no medical treatment was required.
Anyone with information is requested to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 7775000.
