Gardaí appealing to public for information on theft in neighbouring county 

Gardaí in Thomastown received a call from a homeowner reporting a burglary in Clashwilliam Upper, Gowran, Co Kilkenny.

The incident took place at some time between 5pm on Thursday 17th August and 11am on Friday 18th August.

A ladies bicycle, hedge trimmer and lawnmower were taken from a garage at the property which was not secured at the time.

Anyone with information or if they have been offered these three items are asked to contact Gardaí at Thomastown Garda Station on 056 7724222.
