Gardaí are investigating a theft in neighbouring county which occurred at Bridge Street, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.
The incident occurred on Saturday 9th September between 6.30pm and 7pm.
The injured party in this instance was a young person and was holding their gym bag when an unknown male approached them and snatched the gym bag from their person before running off.
Contained within the gym bag was the injured party’s iPhone 13.
Gardaí in Callan are appealing for any witnesses or those with CCTV/dashcam footage of Bridge Street between 6.30pm – 7pm on Saturday 9th September.
