The shop front of a local business was smashed by perpetrator across the border of Carlow
Gardaí are investigating a case of criminal damage which occurred on Rose Inn Street, Kilkenny City.
The incident occurred on Tuesday 19th September at approximately 00.10hrs.
A business owner discovered the damage as they were opening up for business on Tuesday morning.
The front door to the premises was smashed in. CCTV footage captures a male suspect striking the door.
Kilkenny Gardaí would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the vicinity of Rose Inn Street at midnight on Tuesday morning and who may have witnessed the incident, to contact them.
