Carlow Council is seeking tenders to construct residential units at Main Street in Borris

Carlow County Council is seeking tenders for the construction of two social residential units at Main Street, Borris, Carlow.

The development includes the construction of two, two-bed semi-detached duplex (ground and first floor) social residential units including all associated ancillary and site works.

The time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 5pm on Thursday 4th January 2024.

A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Carlow County Council for the change of use and refurbishment of existing commercial/residential property to the two residential units at Main Street, Borris, Co. Carlow.

The development is expected to cost €400k.

Data according to Construction Information Services (CIS) Ireland.
