Carlow welcomes MyMind new mental health community hub centre located in New Oak Community Centre, Carlow Town.
The new centre will offer in-person services, professional counselling and psychotherapy to local residents of Carlow.
Two qualified mental health professionals will work with children, adolescents, adult individuals and couples. Their expertise span across a wide range of specialities including, anxiety, depression, eating disorder/body image and self-esteem.
