Well-known vacant shop front in Carlow to get makeover as planning application is lodged
A well-known vacant retail premises located at 62-64 Dublin Street, Carlow Town is set to get a makeover as a planning application was recently submitted to Carlow County Council.
The application details modifications to the existing facade and shopfront and all associated site works to the Dublin Street Elevation.
Bramleys Jewellers was previously located at the premises of 62-64 Dublin Street and it has remained vacant since the company moved to their current premises 31 Tullow Street.
The application was lodged by Creanross Limited.
The application was submitted on 10th December and is still at pre-validation stage, meaning no expected date for a decision is available yet.
