The Murphy family from Borris, Carlow have made it to the final of Ireland’s Fittest Family Season 11.
The Carlow family is battling it out against the Byrnes Family from Tipperary, the Stratford family from Cavan, and the Bonnar family from Waterford.
Aoibheann Murphy joins sons Fionn, Donagh and Ruairi accompanied by their coach Nina Carberry.
