Sports club in Carlow submit planning application to improve facilities

Bagenalstown AFC have submitted a planning application to Carlow County Council.

The club are seeking to construct a 1543sq m training all-weather artificial turf pitch with surrounding 6.0m fencing and access gates and four 10.0m flood light poles and all associated site works on existing tennis courts.

The sports club is located McGrath Park, Bagenalstown, Dunleckney, Co. Carlow.

The application was submitted to local authorities on 26th January 2024 and is still at pre-validation stage, meaning no expected date for a decision is available yet.
