Carlow County Council grant planning permission for additions at Altamont Gardens Carlow, including the addition of EV charging points

Planning permission granted for new public EV charging points in Carlow

Planning permission has been granted by Carlow County Council to create an additional two disabled parking spaces and two EV charging points to the existing public parking area in Altamont Gardens.

The application includes a proposed new length (c. 327.35 sq.m) of concrete post and wire fencing to the northern site boundary and all other associated site works and ancillaries.

These works are taking place within the curtilage of Protected Structure Altamont House, CW89.

The application was submitted by The Commissioners of Public Works. 

The application was granted subject to conditions set out by the local authorities.
