Haymarket in Carlow has been closed off by Gardaí after a driver crashed into a pole and then several cars.
The car, which seemed to lose control, crashed into a pole just outside the town hall, it then swerved and crashed into an oncoming car and then swerved again and crashed into a parked car.

The owner of the car then exited the vehicle along with the occupants of the other cars to assess the damage.
Thankfully, it seems no one has been hurt, but Gardaí arrived on the scene approximately 15 minutes after the accidents and have since closed off the road.
An ambulance also arrived at the scene to carry out necessary health checks of all those involved.
