Stop and Go system to be in place for Carlow on Friday

A Stop & Go System will be in place today in Carlow to facilitate road resurfacing works.

Plazamont Ltd. on behalf of Carlow Municipal District will be carrying out Road Resurfacing on:

  • Friday, August 22 between 8:30am – 6:00 pm approx. at the following location:

Mini Roundabout junction at the Credit Union (St Patrick’s Ave/Staplestown Road Junction)

The Council wish to advise motorists that at certain times, clayton hall residents will experience delays up to 10 minutes entering/ exiting the estate as the works are full width across the mouth of the estate.

Any Emergency case relating to the Medical Centre will be accommodated.

Motorists who normally use the aforementioned road are advised to plan their journey accordingly considering possible delays.

Carlow County Council wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to members of the public who normally use the road in question and will endeavour to have the works completed as quickly as possible.
