RIP Niamh O'Reilly

Tributes have poured in for a Carlow wife and mother of three who sadly died recently, remembered as a true friend to many.

Niamh O'Reilly (née Dobbs) was from Clonagh, Hollymount, Carlow Town, Carlow, R93 N6E4 and formerly Fenagh in Carlow.

Niamh died peacefully after a long illness borne fought with bravery, dignity and humour, in the loving arms of her family.

She was predeceased by her father Tom, father-in-law John and is the much loved wife and best friend of Brian, devoted mother of her adored daughters Katie, Lucie and Molly.

Cherished daughter of Maureen and dearly loved sister of Siobhan, Thomas, Veronica and Emma, sister-in-law of Siobhan's husband Phil, Veronica's husband Sean and much loved Aunt to Tom.

Niamh's sad passing has left her many relatives, her kind neighbours and many friends whom she considered family, heartbroken.

Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and loved Niamh, with one mourner writing,

"Ah my dear old Pal, Dobbsy. You were a true friend on and off the pitch. May your beautiful soul rest in peace my friend".

Another message said, "Condolences to Niamh’s family and friends at this heartbreaking time. May Niamh rest in peace."
