Carlow/Kilkenny dog rescue have shared wonderful news as a dog named Julia has been rescued after being dumped in Carlow.
Julie was picked up in Carlow recently when she was left on the street with food left with her and it is assumed she had been dumped.
The rescue said that she had been feeding puppies when she was found and they had appealed to her owner to contact them as they would have to take the puppies in too.
They said nobody came forward and Julia left the shelter and was brought to Molly Moos Westie Rescue where she could find her rescue family.
One person commented under the post, "How cruel some people are. I hope the pups are safe. Thank you to all involved in her rescue & care. Hopefully she'll get her forever home soon".
