There is widespread grief and despair around Carlow as tributes have poured in for local Carlow man who died tragically.
FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Reposing at Joyce's Funeral Home, Borris, Co. Carlow (R95DV76) on Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm with funeral prayers at 6pm. Funeral to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Ballymurphy for requiem Mass at 12 noon on Wednesday followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and fondly remembered Eileen, with one mourner writing,
"We offer our sincere condolences to you Andy and Christina and all your family and extended families on this tragic loss. May Jimmy rest in eternal peace".

Another message said, "I was deeply saddened to hear about Jimmy’s passing. I had the privilege of working with him in Delta. He was a wonderful person and he will be truly missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family and all who knew him".
"To Jimmy's family, friends and neighbours. My deepest sympathies on your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy since he started in Delta. A character and gentleman and he will be sorely missed by us all. May Jimmy's gentle soul rest in peace," another person said.
