Potato Market, Carlow Town, Carlow
Carlow County Council has issued information on where you can get free parking in Carlow Town during the Christmas period.
In an informational post shared to their Facebook, Carlow County Council said:
"Carlow County Council wish to inform the public of Christmas parking arrangements for the period of November 19 2025 until January 2nd 2026".
The town will provide free parking at the Town Hall, Green Bank Road and all visual car parks.
The pay and display zones for free parking times are as follows:

9:30am- 12pm and also 3pm-6:30pm.
30-minute free on-street parking will continue to apply at Tullow Street Upper and Lower, Dublin Street, Kennedy Avenue, Potato market and Castle street.
