Job Overview
As a Member Service Advisor within the Lending Department , you are accountable to the Credit Manager of the Credit Union for conducting a range of administrative and operational activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union and provide quality services to our members.
As a member of the Lending Team, the Member Services Officer position will form part of a highly motivated, multi skilled Credit Team who will be responsible for providing a first class service to members on all types of loan requests received in any office in person, by phone or online.
Qualifications
Financial services experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
APA in loans. It is a requirement to undertake the exams to achieve this designation. The Credit Union will enrol you in the required course’s.
