'Fáilte Rath Bhíle' as north Carlow village gets slick new signs

Rathvilly in north Carlow has gotten some brand new welcome signs.

Cathaoirleach of Carlow County Council, Brian O'Donoghue, said: "Delighted to have been able to assist Rathvilly Tidy Towns in getting some funding towards the cost of these signs.

"They make a real difference."

Rathyvilly Tidy Towns Committee said: "Great work by the Tidy Towns Committee and Z Signs - at getting our Welcome signs up - another 'small' step -- please help keep our village clean - pick up your litter and also your dog doo."
