Carlow GAA club granted planning for change of use of agricultural land to two playing pitches

Mount Leinster Rangers GAA club has been granted conditional planning permission for the change of use of agricultural land to two playing pitches.

The planning also allows for a new entrance and access road and all associated site works at Kilcoltrim and Ballynagrane, Borris.

There are twelve conditions attached to the planning permission granted by Carlow County Council in recent days.
