Planning permission granted for the construction of eight two-storey houses in Carlow

A decision was made by the local authority this week

Condtional planning permission has been granted for the construction of eight two-storey houses in Carlow.

The application sought to demolish an existing single storey garage at Greenhills, Leighlin Road, Graiguecullen to construct eight terraced two-storey townhouses with a new site entrance and it included all associated site works and services.

The applicant was MB Homes Ltd.

There are 29 conditions attached to the planning decision by Carlow County Council.
